Me and my partner are on IVA since january 2015. In April 2015 he has received a tax return. In January 2016 we had our first review. Our payments stayed the same. I have sent them e-mail (grant Thornton/aperture) that we have money from last year tax return and where i should pay them. I have asked for bank details etc. I didnt get any message until today. Is it mean that they will not take those money? Can i get some advice please?

When I was self employed and doing tax returns my iva company contacted me and said I have to pay 50% of my rebate. They said it was in my proposal which it wasn't,I argued the case that it was for rebate on fuel I was using to get to work which wasn't included in my I and E.they accepted this and didn't have to pay money across.I would contact your IP for clarification on this matter as I'm sure each company has different ideas
