Hi, I completed my I.V.A in December 2013. This was in the form of a one off payment and not a five year payment plan. Some of the creditors still show outstanding balances on my credit report. The others have listed them as settled. Is it possible to have this changed or can the creditors keep the balances on for six years.
Thanks

Hi, I'll post a couple of links that may help you along the way to see if there is anything you should be doing before the 6 years from date of acceptance mark.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

When did the IVA start? The 6 years will still apply until 6 years from the start even though you completed quickly, I'm afraid.

After 6 years you can start chasing creditors to adjust any defaults registered post IVA.
