is there any chance they might lower payments?
Sorry Jamie, but for your current circumstances that I&E looks pretty healthy ! £197 left over ... many of us have nothing left over. I am surprised they allowed gym membership and life insurance to continue, to be honest.
Obviously things are going to change and new baby is going to cost a bit --- but I would say you have a generous IP, so should be OK.

Different IPs approach I&Es in different ways and much will depend upon who your IP is. Your best bet is to have a full and frank chat with him / her. As Lisa said the I&E will need revising as your expenses are going to go up. If you are going to ask for an allowance to cover her bills and repayments they will need to see evidence of the figures quoted.

I agree with Foggy - £40 for SKY, £10 for gym and over £100 just for telephones are items that I would think the creditors, or IP would challenge.
If you are struggling when you appear to have a surplus of c£200 per month then I suspect your figures are wrong or you are spending on non necessary items that you haven't listed.
Your partner doesn't have to be included in the IVA but the IP will just assume you pay for 50% of the monthly expenditure if you don't/can't prove otherwise.
