Aperture formally grant Thornton have rec'd £20000 of Ppi I claimed after my iva was complete approx half over 2 years ago and then again this January they are stating they cannot see they have rec'd these funds or how they are allocated even though they have letters I have rec'd showing when they were cashed, I had also signed when they were grant Thornton I would get the stat interest back.
How can this money just go missing and how is this not fraud especially as they will not give any details of how monies have been allocated how can I complain or sue them for negligence I have sent letters will all details of all funds I was awarded and when they were cashed to me aperture are acting in a criminal matter

You need to ask for details of the Bank account that the funds were cleared into from the PPI company and then, on the assumption it is a GT bank account follow it up with a formal complaint.

Unfortunately incompetence and fraud are different matters.

They should be able to account for monies and you are entitled to get a copy.

You have to raise a formal complaint with Aperture, which, if not satisfied, you can escalate to their regulatory body via the Government Gateway.

The issuers of the cheques should be able to track down who cashed them and when.
