IF I HAVE A DRO does this mean I could be classed as bankrupt and could it affect my tenancy agreement if it says u could lose your home if you are declared bankrupt within 5 years of my new tenancy rules. THANKS
In my opinion based on the wording you have quoted this will not affect your tenancy agreement however if it was worded differently to ask you about insolvency or arrangements etc with creditors than this would be different.

IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
