Hi there when you submit an IVA proposal do the banks cross check the income and expenditure information with their accounts or is it just a formality of accepting or rejecting the proposal.

Hello and welcome. Before submitting the proposal the IP will have satisfied himself as to the veracity of the figures. Many of the creditors are represented by agents who do not have access to the finer details of your accounts.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
