How do I obtain my letter of completion ?

How do I obtain my letter of completion of my IVA it was completed in 2014 but I cannot find the certificate - the company has changed hands now and Grant Thornton are not dealing with it anymore

Aperture are Grant Thornton -- it was a rebrand of their IVA arm, more than anything. The IPs are the same and should be able to send a copy of your certificate.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I agree with Foggy - you can ask Aperture to send you a copy but out of interest why do you need it?
