Hi,

I take you are with Varden Nuttall? You need to speak to them (they are still operating I think at the moment) and ask them to send you that all important piece of paper.

I rang them about 4 weeks ago to chase up certificate and they told me they were going through a restructure ture and everything was on hold for 5 weeks. I rang again last week to be told they have gone into administration and they gave me an email address to contact. I emailed and have had no reply

You might find they will be back in touch after the Bank Holiday. If not then keep pressing them.

The firm is being run by administrators while they transfer cases to another IP. I imagine they are inundated with queries at the moment, but am sure they will start sorting things out soon.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Speak to the Administrators for an update - send them a written letter by recorded post if necessary. Hopefully this will be sorted for you quickly as its been 6 months this month so would like to think you would get your CC soon.

Keep chasing and make a formal complaint if necessary.
