Hi i started my iva in 2010 but paid it up last feb what year will i be able to get a mortgage

Once the IVA clears from your credit records you should be able to start the process.
Have a word with one or both of our adverse credit experts, Ryan and Shaun.
Their details can be found under the "Ask a Question" tab ( top left) and scrolling down the page to the Experts Details section.

If your IVA has completed and you have your CC then you should have been able to start rebuilding you credit records in February this year.
Whether or not you are eligible for a mortgage will depend on your financial status.
Speak to Ryan or Shaun as Fogggy suggests.
