When an IVA company claim PPI from your accounts and say you will get the first £500 but I never received this money is this right. Clear Debt got over £4,000.00 in PPI but I never received a penny
Is your IVA completed ? If so, you need to contact David Mond, who will, I am sure, look into this for you. If it hasn't completed you need to speak to your IP. Hopefully you have a written record of the agreement to produce.
