Can house be put up for sale whilst waiting for IVA to come off insolvency register ?

post official closure of an iva, can the house be put up for sale whilst waiting for the iva to come off of the insolvency register?

You will have to make sure the RX1 has been removed by the IP from Land Registry. No reason why it can't though.

As long as you have your certificate of completion it should be ok. The IP usually lifts the restriction at the same time -- if he hasn't it can be easily dealt with when it comes up in searches.

If you haven't had the CC yet then best to get your IPs confirmation that they have no interest in the property beforehand.
