I think Foggy suggested 16th. I haven't heard anything about it yet.

I have now heard that this case is listed for the 18th or 19th of this month --- these dates are dependent on other court business and the availability of three judges to sit. The outcome will probably follow a little later.

I've now heard that the Green and Wright case has been postponed, and someone has said that there is no date until March next year that appeal judges are free, unless the case can be 'squeezed' in!! This is madness. So what happens now?? Will the insolvency and IVA companies just continue splitting hairs over what are quite clearly inadequate and misleading terms ( R3 standard conditions ) further delaying people's completion certificates, interpreting those conditions as they see fit to determine whether or not PPI forms an asset in completed IVAs, or will the insolvency service now step in and issue interim guidelines? The R3 conditions are clearly inadequate due to the fact that TWO judges, who are by definition legal experts have interpreted those guidelines with a different view to that of insolvency practitioners.

I am not a moderator but sometimes posts get locked because they are a repeat or go off at a tangent.

The PJG transfer to CF is a classic example.

The issue of PPI will continue to raise its head over the next few months and my view is well known - the whole issue of PPI is in part based on the attitude of people who are or who have been in an IVA.

The more that PPI has a value to you as an individual the more that it reinforces to IVA companies that it is correct that they progress this.

People need to get over it and move on. If IVA companies want to mess up let them.

It is very unfair to say this "if I die due to the stress caused by money grabbing post IVA sharks the world will know about it" to a group of individuals who support this board voluntarily and who in the main have been in IVA's themselves.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

To be honest IF I ever receive any PPI the creditors can have, when my iva finishes I want nothing to do with credit or creditors ever again.
The amount I owed and what I'm repaying my creditors are rightfully entitled to any refund I get.
Today 1st of December 2016 the vultures finally flew away
