I was with Money Debt and Credit, was switched to Grant Thornton and now I am with Aperture. They would like me to sign a post completion document which I do not want to do, as I want it over and done with. How long can Aperture stall for?

Morning - they are morons! Thankfully we manage to get rid of the advertising and the posters are locked out.

Stefan -- if it is a deed of assignment for PPI they will not complete until you sign it, or they are content that there is no more PPI to be had.

Ultimately, if you dig your heels in, they could fail the IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I suspect this is a PI assignment form as Foggy states and therefore unless you sign it they will have to keep the case open unless and until they bottom out any potential PPI refunds due.
