Just received this from CF: seems you have to opt out of it rather than opt in

Following the successful completion of your IVA this is the perfect opportunity for you to review your financial affairs and ensure that you can enjoy a stress free future now that you have successfully dealt with your debts.
As part of our service to you we would like to introduce you to a trusted partner of ours who can offer you, free of charge, a full review of your financial arrangements including all insurances, pension arrangements and other products that may be appropriate for you.
I would like to pass your details to our partner in order that they may contact you. There is no obligation for you to take up this offer or to commit to any of the products they can offer but any initial consultation will be entirely free of charge and could prove beneficial.
If you do not wish to be contacted by our partner you can opt out of this offer by replying to this email within 14 days.

Not a hope in hell we will be taking that offer up.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

I think that's really cheeky! I would definitely reply and ask them to confirm they have received it.

It should be the other way round surely, you should have to opt in!

Dodgy consent model - from May 2018 explicit consent will be the norm.
