Still waiting for cc cert, last payment October 16. Signed doa 4 weeks ago. Around Christmas I was told all payments had been Made & just waiting cc but due to court case would be delayed. Rang 2 weeks ago they are now ,saying balance still on account to pay creditors. After 7 months surely not?
I personally feel it's taking too long! far too long. I often say it's he who shouts loudest that gets heard and maybe it's time to do that now.
Lots of companies complete in a few weeks, others up to 6 months, in my opinion there shouldn't be so much variance but again companies tend to make their own rules.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
Given you signed a DOA then the Court case shouldn't make a jot of difference to your IVA - that was the point of them asking you to sign it. IN any event I understand the hearing is this week.
Please note however some firms take up to 6 months to close so they might not close your until October. Keep the pressure on them to close asap.
