One of my loans has been added to my wife's IVA

Me and my wife are in iva my debt is higher than hers, and we noticed that they have added one of my loans to her iva. we have contacted them about this and sent all the information showing that it was just in my name will she be made to pay my loan I know the joint debts she has to pay.The information was sent 3 months ago and we still haven't got an awnser.

Hi and welcome,

You have to get them to put that loan on your IVA. This is their fault.

Suggest you send them a chaser by recorded delivery so that you can follow up with a formal complaint if they do not get back to you.
