Explore all the options including a Debt Relief Order.

The minimum viable about for a IVA is around £70 per month.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Hi, in my humble opinion, it may not be your first choice, maybe a DMP until you get more income as I believe Income support won't you leave a lot of disposable income (maybe wrong on this).

Investigate DMP, debt management plan, DRO (debt relief order), even bankruptcy may be an option?

Why not have a chat to Andy Davie from Vincent Bond, he's helped many people and his contact details can be found in the ask experts a question link, he can talk through all your options. Worth a phone call at least.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I agree - Viki Warbrooke who works for Vincent Bond is a registered DRO representative, her advice is free and she may be able to help you.

Hi Angela - what level of debt do you have, what is your disposable net income (excluding payments to creditors) and what assets do you have?
