It just means that the land registry are informed that you are in an IVA so that the property cannot be sold without the IVA company being informed. It is removed at the completion of the IVA

It will also come up in searches on your property and any prospective purchaser will not proceed until this is dealt with, so the solicitors will need to liase with your IP.
