Our house is currently owned on a Tenants in Common basis and we are looking to possibly change this to Joint Tenants. We are both in an IVA so would it be possible to do this with the RX1 property restriction that is lodged with Land Registry?

Assuming that you each currently "own" 50% shares, so the equity available to each IVA is, essentially, unaltered there should be no problem, but your IP will possibly need to agree.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
