Thanks for replies from previous question,I have bank statement and have not missed any payments, had another letter saying I owe more money as have had a wage increase but as I have sent was getting slips in every year surely this should have been picked up earlier and my monthly payment increased but that has never happened,I feel like it's never going to end.
You need to speak to your IP and ask them where they are getting their figures from - ask for a breakdown and tell them you have proof of the missing payment having left your bank.

That is how it should have happened, but we are getting more and more reports of IP's needing to catch up on missed increases.
Unfortunately, this money does have to be paid over, but I feel a complaint is warranted as the regulators need to know this is happening on an increasingly more regular basis.

IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
Upon reviews they should have informed you of higher payments or any uplift payments required and it looks like they haven't but they are now! Wrong but I feel you will have to pay them, but put in a complaint and try and agree to pay them over a set period to get them clear asap.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
Some IP firms only do a review on an annual basis, which means the onus is on the debtor to reserve any additional monies in the meantime in readiness to being asked to pay it over when the review is done.
