Hi, if I was made redundant would I have to give redundancy pay out to IVA ?

Hi and welcome,

You are usually able to keep up to six months worth of redundancy to fund your normal household bills and hopefully, if you have another job then the rest will have to be paid over.

As Kallis says, the majority would need to be paid in.

Yes I'm afraid so (less the 6 months) but depending on the sums involved you might find that there is enough to repay the balance of the debt, interest and costs in full leaving a surplus to come back to you.
