NTF financial just can't get it right I have massive problems and the problem is they don't care I have my only wage 3 kids and a partaner who does not work as our baby is only a year old but they increased my payments and I contacted after struggling for a while but paid all the same. They sent me a expenditure form which they had wrong partners name on it we only get child support we get no work tax credits all this info I sent them. Then they returned the form with all the wrong amounts on weather it be guide lines or not they so far off and they now want me to pay even more . I'm so stressed out I have ulcerative colitis disease so have to have time off to have camaras stuck in all places come home to find NFT doing the same (get my drift)am very tempted to quit my job and say bog off can't pay so what you going to do. I have just over a year still to pay . But I can't stand another week of me and my partner not eatting so my children can
I am so sorry that you are having these problems and you should not be struggling like this.
You need to speak to NTF and get this sorted - it could be that you could ask them to accept what has been paid to date to complete your IVA.

Make a complaint and put everything in writing addressed to your IP and send it via recorded delivery asap.
(Various telephone calls speaking to random people who don't know the background to your case will not help you, especially if no proper record is kept).
Hopefully this should unlock the position for you and they should investigate the figures properly.
If needs be do not make your next payment so you can put some food on the table whilst this is sorted out. Explain that you are having to do this in your letter.
How long has your IVA been going for and how long is left - perhaps once the figures have been properly established you might want to put forward a variation accepting payments to date in F&F.
Martin, sorry to hear of your issues. We review all payments on an individual basis using the information provided. However, we do have to work within guidelines unless there are exceptional circumstances. Please contact the office to discuss your concerns.
