Will my partner have to pay any redundancy money she receives into my IVA ?

I have an IVA its not a joint one... my partner may be made redundant will she have to pay that money into my iva

Simply no ...her redundancy payment is hers. As your iva is only in yours your partner is freeto donwhat she wants with her redundancy payment.

Perhaps she would be willing to gift you some of it to help with a lump sum settlement to finish your IVA early...
