My IVA failed at end of term, two creditors did not claim in the beginning do I still owe them or did they write the debt off ?

If your IVA failed all bets are off and creditors are entitled to take recovery proceedings against you. They might have written the debt off as during the IVA process but on'y they can confirm that.

You need to take steps to deal with your debts now that your IVA has failed.

Can I ask why it failed at the end?
