My iva is in breach because me and my husband split up just after iva started in 2013 he hasn't contributed anything towards it or paid any mortgage payments I've done it all to present day I heard recentry he's had a windfall of 20.000 so I reported it to my supervisor so no the iva has gone into breach I'm not sure what is the best option for me whether to split iva or sell up I don't want to loose my home as he could be forced into bankruptcy we have been on iva for 3 years now please help

Hi and welcome,

If the IVA is interlocking you can have it split so you continue with your half and he has to pay over his windfall - speak to your IP company about this.

Your IVA should be unlocked from your husbands - speak to your IP about sorting this for you so that you can hopefully continue with your IVA by unlocking it from his.
