Hi and welcome,

A lot of IVA providers will give you an allowance for smoking.

as Kallis states, some do and some do not, but won't cost you anything to ask - always worth asking. All the best.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Aperture accepted my smoking habit expense for the first year or two and then rejected the claim and told me to pack in smoking and would not allow monies for it. As a consequence I packed it in 3.5 years ago
