Hi I am going to offer full and final settlement I currently owe 3800 would they except 2500 or should I offer a little more.
Also what do I need to include when I offer the settlement.
You can make that offer but, if your IVA is due to finish at the end of the year, by the time a proposal and meeting is sorted out it might be as well to leave it alone.
You will need to provide the reasons why you want to make this offer and where the money is coming from making it clear that this only available for the full and final.

Bearing in mind that the variation meeting will cost an extra £500 in fees, and will take several months to set up, if you are finishing December 2016 there is no real gain to the creditors, so the IP will be disinclined to put the offer forward.
