Hi and welcome,

What sort of bank account is it? If it is a normal High Street bank then there should not be a problem as long as there is not an overdraft on there.

If it is to do with a credit card then you really need to speak to your IP.

If there is no overdraft on the account, and no transactions you have been trying to hide, I can see no reason to fail the IVA. However, your IP will be wary as an IVA does depend upon a large element of trust, which your IP will feel has not been forthcoming.

I agree with the other posters. You need to justify to your IP your reasons and hopefully it was just an oversight.

Unless you had savings squirreled away that you didn't disclose I don't see how this would be material enough omission for your IP to fail your IVA over.
