Are you already in an IVA? If so then you are unlikely to be able to get a loan for a car.

Not only is it unlikely that the lender will approve the loan, but you would also need permission from your IP -- which, again, is unlikely to be forthcoming.

No your credit rating is likely shot and you will almost definitely need permission from your IP for credit over £500, which they won't agree as if you have surplus funds available to make repayments, you have enough to increase your contributions.
