Hi,
I know the questions been asked already regards New Zealand and Canada, but I'm thinking of moving to Florida on an E2 visa once I have paid the IVA off, I'm not looking to borrow any money as the sale of my house with fund my business purchase, will I be credit checked and will it cause me an issue?

Hi and welcome, you have a lovely plan there, not sure of the answer as not sure of the US requirements but I hope you realise your dream and someone who does know will be along I'm sure.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Welcome from me as well. You could check out this website - not sure if it is any good or not or you could phone the American Embassy and ask them.
