I completed my IVA early , making a final payment in January 2014. I have no idea what my credit report will say but would like to apply for a mortgage . However, I'm informs threat this is impossible . I need help and advice as I am in a well pails job and under normal conditions a lender , I believe , would only be to happy to give me a mortgage .

This will depend more on when the IVA started rather than completed. Speak to an expert like Shaun Vickery from Select or Ryan. They can run a search against you and advise when would be the best time for you to proceed.

Speak to Ryan at Zebra or Shaun ..both come recommended and both have helped forum members get a mortgage.

You credit record does not begin to tidy up until 6 years from the start date of your IVA. I agree speak to Ryan or Shaun for specialist help.
