My IVA swapped to a different company earlier this year. I spoke to the new company the other day (I have only had two phone calls from them). I was not sure if the direct debits are still to be paid by Mitchell Farrar or by Credit Fix Me? Nothing has been paid out for the last six months. Credit Fix Me, said that because the payments had not been made, the IVA will be 'nulled' this week. Credit Expert suggested they thought I was paying too much into the IVA.

If the IVA payments were not being collected then hopefully you still have the money. Pay it to whichever IP is not your supervisor and it should be fine. If not you could ask for a variation but you need to speak to the IP.
