Hi and welcome,

Once you get your completion letter and are off the Insolvency Register and your credit record is clear then it is possible.

We have two mortgage experts on here, Ryan and Shaun (details under ask experts a question link on the left hand side of the page) who have helped a lot of posters on here.

Plus the 6 years since your start dates needs to have passed.

You can then begin to tidy up your credit rating.

I understand you might need a slightly bigger deposit than usually.

Speak to Ryan or Shaun for their specialist advice.
