Hi, Can I claim PPI refunds from companies that were involved in my IVA? I made a one off payment to my IVA and then finished in the usual 5/6 years in 2009/10. Thanks
You can claim but you might find that the refund goes to your creditors unless you paid your IVA 100p in the pound plus fees.

Hi - you may want to wait for the outcome of Greene v Wright hearing, which from memory I think is due to be heard in November 2016.
The case is about whether a debtor who has finished their IVA can claim for PPI compensation post closure or whether it still belongs to the old IVA estate.
Hi I have made ppi claims from 2 of my iva creditors with no problems and just about to send off another but I had paid 100p dividend so nothing went to iva company
