I have a joint mortgage with my ex husband, I've had my IVA for about 2 years. Im considering moving in with my partner and my parents are going to live in the property and pay the mortgage. Will I be made to sell the property at the end of the IVA if I no longer live there or would it be best to try and settle my IVA early.

Hi and welcome,

You should be ok with the property as far as I am aware but you will still be subject to the remortgage clause in your IVA.

If you can settle it early then that would be fine.
