Hi,

I would certainly give them a call as they should have told you yesterday.

Fingers crossed!

It seems increasingly commonplace, these days, for firms to "forget" to inform the client of what is, for that client, a life changing decision.

With the increase in IVA "factories" customer service has declined and the industry is becoming too creditor-centric.
