I'm entitled to IVA and it will save me £700 per month, the main reason I'm wanting to do this is I'm leaving my job in the next month and starting my own business and cant afford the payments I currently pay while setting up. (will be paying £200 rather than £900)
I'm just worried about what problems I will have setting up my own business once I have my IVA?

Your problem will be getting a business account whilst in an IVA unless you are a sole trader or equivalent.
Set up as much as you can before you enter the IVA otherwise I am afraid your business is likely to fail.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
