i have an IVA and i am due a small pension lumpsum, will the pension company pay this direct to the I.P company or will i have to declare it and pay it seperately?
How long have you been in your IVA and is there anyway you can defer taking this until after you have finished?

If the pension is excluded you might be okay - if not this is probably going to be treated as payable into the IVA.
Are you voluntarily taking this draw down?
Either delay it or consider putting forward a variation FIRST to use the funds to settle the remaining contributions, subject to the figures. If creditors approve this you could then settle your IVA early.
