Equiifax and Experian reports correct. Noddle unhelpful and information completely incorrect

Not really a question just a bit of advice. I completed my iva last year and checked my credit report recently with equifax and experian. Everything was spot on and all defaults and the iva was gone. However today I thought I would check the free noddle report. This report was ridiculous, all the information was wrong, I even had accounts on relating to a different person. When you expanded the details it clearly showed a different address and date of birth for this person. I contacted noddle who were very unhelpful.

Hi,

Noddle is run by either Experian or Equifax, I forget which one so I'm surprised that you are unable to get them to change things.

What did they actually say? Can you send them a copy of a screen print so they can see what is wrong?

It is bad that they have put someone elses details on there.

Noddle is run by Call Credit and are obliged under the DPA to record correct information. However, they do have a small loophole in that they report what is reported to them. That said .... if the creditors are reporting correct information to Equifax and Experian, I see no reason why they should be reporting any differently to Call Credit ! This would suggest the fault is with the agency !

Hoping you get this sorted as it is not good, especially others details on there! Not good for you or the other person. Keep a screenshot of this where possible and may be worth a strong complaint with the evidence and then taking this further.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Thanks Lisa. I'll take screen prints of the accounts for the different person and post them off to this address. I also appear to have her husband as a financial association, even though my husband has a completely different name and I don't know this person whatsoever. It is only noddle that is incorrect.
