Has anyone heard of these? Just had a call of a rude guy from there having a go at me for not replying to messages and letters (which I haven't received). He refused to give me any details so I refused to give him mine. I've finished my IVA and I told them this and they said it doesn't matter.
Its really bugging me though and I wanna call them to find out what is this I actually owe? Shall I contact them or just leave it.

I think they used to be called Scott Call.

Not very many positive things about them on Google...

Either complain or ignore it:

Yeah I googled them and a lot of complaints. If I give them my details over the phone so they can explain, that doesn't re-open the debt does it?

No, if they were included in your IVA they cannot do a thing to do.

I would personally make a complaint if you don't want to have any more rude phone calls or letters from them.

Personally I would leave it -- they can do nothing and are trying to recover a debt that no longer exists.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

They need to prove that you are the right person - not the other way around.

They are basically trying to blag to gain information that would benefit them.

Never provide details to a company who will not first say or they are, what they want and expect you to answer security questions when you have never dealt with them before.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
