I paid my last IVA payment the 60th on the 1/7/2016 it even said final payment on my bank statement. My IVA company then cancelled the direct debits. I have then today 16/08/2016 had a email and answerphone messages from them saying they have not received my regular payment? I am confused and have tried ringing. What could this be I can not afford to pay extra on top and have had no extra income??

Hi - it might just be an error if they haven't updated their records to show you have finished your regular contributions.

I'm afraid the only people who can answer your query is your IP firm.

Hopefully a phone call can sort this out, if not make a formal request for an explanation in writing.

Hi,

I agree that this is probably an admin error - this has been happening a lot lately with a few firms.

Do speak to them as Lisa suggests.
