I've just made my last payment on 29th July this year and was told by Knightsbridge insolvency (Trust Deed) that it will take up to 6-12 months for all the discharge to be completed as 7 creditors haven't responded to the trust deed at the start they are giving them another 6 months to respond I just want this over with and my local council need this discharge letter so myself and husband can proceed the home loan for first time buyers which have been accepted as long as I have a discharge letter to confirm. They have gave me a letter to say I've made all my payments but can't give me a discharge letter.

Hi and welcome,

Not quite sure how discharge works for Trust Deed but I would certainly push them for finalisation and, if necessary, make a complaint.
