Hi,I'm in to my 3rd year on a iva I pay £100 a month and that's for 6 yrs is there any chance I could come out of it earlier?

Hi and welcome,

Unless you can raise enough money to make a full and final offer (usually the amount you have remaining to pay) or mitigating circumstances such as ill health, then you will have to carry on.

If you are struggling then speak to your IP company.

I have to echo Kallis here --- you would be looking at paying in, over the term, around £4,800, depending on where you are in your 3rd year, so an offer of around £4000 would be required. Of course, there is no guarantee that it would be accepted.

If you have equity to address that might add a further £1200 to the figures above, so an offer around £5000 would be worth a try.

Even coming out early, your credit records will still be shot until at least the 6th anniversary of the start date.

Yes you can if you can find a third party to gift you a settlement sum or if you fail and terminate it which I would NOT recommend.
