Wife and I have been 1iva for nearly three years, but l had to retire so we were told we would have to apply for bankruptcy. This.turned out too be a nightmare, belng ln bankruptcy for approx 5 months. We got ourselves out of it, and are now ln 2nd lva we have 12 months left this will be total of 8years plus the bankruptcy. Could we make any claim when finished after going so far over the limit thanking you for your time
