We settled our IVA with a full and final a while back, the end of this month marks our 6 year anniversary of signing up for this journey.
Thank you all for your support in the *early years*. I haven't posted for a long while but do appreciate all the help I received. You are truly wonderful people.

It will be nice to have a clear credit file and the whole IVA and previous debt problems completely behind you. Well done.

We have been living in Spain for the past year, renting here (costa blanca) and letting our UK property out. We love it and it is now time to put down roots. Tenants have now moved out and after a quick spruce up it will be on the market, onwards and upwards. Quick question, has anyone bought here and are mortgage applications similar to the UK process.
