Hi, I am at present living with my partner and both of our names are on the deeds. Do you know of any organization that I will be able to switch my mortgage over to with only my name.

Hi and welcome,

Are you in an IVA? If so then you are unlikely to be able to do so.

Otherwise speak to either Ryan or Shaun (details under the ask an expert link on the left hand side of the page) and they may be able to advise you.

Hi, as Kallis says, if you are in an IVA you are unlikely to be accepted for a mortgage for a few years anyway.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
