I have to say after 5 years of worry I got this from Aperture this morning.....YES aperture. I know they have had some bad press, but they very much seem to have sorted things. Congratulations! I am pleased to advise that your IVA successfully completed today.
A copy of your Final Report and Certificate of Completion will be issued to you and the Registrar notified of the successful completion of your arrangement. Please allow approximately ten working days for your final report to reach you.
This is a fantastic achievement and you should be very proud of your efforts and commitment throughout your arrangement.

Great news -- let's hope this is a sign of things to come from Aperture. They certainly have improved on the old GT days, however, there are still some glaring faults which still need addressing. That, however, should not detract from the joys you must be feeling ! Well done.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi Michael,
Glad aperture were fast in closing for you and it's all complete for you to look forward to being debt free. Congratulations

We had our f&f accepted on the 4th August paid it over on the 11th so that's 6/7 weeks and we are still waiting not heard anything from them except for the green vs Wright forms we had to sign (we have no more ppi left so we did that ASAP) we've had no letters or emails from them what so ever our case was straight forward so thought it would be done and dusted quickly, I know they say 3 months can't figure out why it's taking it so long my partner only had 1 creditor with 2 different debts and I had 5 I'm getting frustrated waiting haha
