Hi i just received a letter confirming my IVA end but I'm worried as there is nowhere on the letter saying Congratulations you are debt free!
Am i debt free or should i start worrying about warning letters again?
If you have completed and have a letter from your IP company saying you have finished then that should be it.

If the letter says something along the lines that you have completed your responsibilities under the terms of the IVA and that the supervisor is discharged and has no further interest that is the certificate of completion which confirms you are debt free. You should also have had, or it's on it's way, a copy of the final report to creditors.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
