Hi and welcome,

Firstly I would not deal with a company that cold called me - can you tell us which one it is?

There are a lot of companies you can try who post on here. Vincent Bond (details under the ask experts a question on the left hand side of the page) can be contacted for some free advice.

Which company are you talking to ? Personally I wouldn't go with a firm who contacted me out of the blue and I would, in any case, advise you to chat to more than one company ( of your choosing) to compare advice. I am afraid they do not all work in the same way, as you will see by having a good look around the forum.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

IVAs do not clear your debt and are not for everyone. I would be suspicious of any cold caller so get some independent advice before you proceed.

Best to have a physical meeting with a local firm of IPs to get a second opinion that an IVA is the best option for you.
I'm a licensed IP with 16+ yrs at Neville & Co covering the South West area. I have a YouTube channel with advisory videos on here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMPTTu ... Z5k9ZcC2MA http://www.nevilleco.co.uk 01752 786800 Lisa@nevilleco.co.uk
