As long as your employer has no "anti debt solution" clauses in your contract you should be OK. Your landlord need not know as you will continue to pay rent as normal from your agreed allowances. Your bank account might need to be changed if you are with HSBC of First Direct or if you owe any money to the bank or members of it's group of companies. Most of us get a basic bank account with the likes of the Co-Op (Cashminder) or similar.

Your bank account should be ok but I do advise that you open a new one not associated with your creditors. The Co-op come recommended.
Your landlord should be ok as he won't be informed and as to employment, it does depend on what line of work you are in.
